Pros
A fresh graduate engineer starts wit 500 JD and every year of experience is considered as 20 JD , for example if you have 3 years experience your basic salary would be 560 JD. Hikma pays 15 salaries per year, i.e. every 4 months you will receive 2 salaries They have other benefits like provident fund - where they deduct 10% from your salary and pay another 10% and it will be in your savings. After 5 years you can withdraw it all which would be a good amount. They have end of year bonus (that can reach 1000 JD for an engineer) and annual increment around (10-50 JD) depending on your evaluation, performance etc. They offer a good meal for lunch Salaries paid on time without delay They help you in taking a loan and paying back on installments without interest
Cons
If you resign after 1-3 years, you only take your contributions in provident fund, i.e. only what has been deducted from your side without the extra 10% that the company pays for you. Employees who get hired through high profile people, tend to be more distinguished in their salaries
