      I can't really think of any cons! I worked in a department where everybody worked as a team! A little bit of favoritism here and there but other than that, it was a fun place to work in

      I cannot think of even one pro to working at Hikma.

      Cons

      Hikma is run by Jordanians who instill FEAR into their employees. They only want people whom they can control. Keep your mouth shut if you have any concerns or be prepared to be retaliated against i.e. "retaliation" in the guise of "restructuring."
