      Pros

      This a great mid-sized company that still treats it's employees as family. There is a great level of team work and camaraderie.There are no pretenses with regard to level. The CEO and the management team are happy to talk to every employee.

      Cons

      There are growing pains as there are with any company on the rise. Systems are being upgraded and processes are changing to account for the company's growth.

      I cannot think of even one pro to working at Hikma.

      Cons

      Hikma is run by Jordanians who instill FEAR into their employees. They only want people whom they can control. Keep your mouth shut if you have any concerns or be prepared to be retaliated against i.e. "retaliation" in the guise of "restructuring."
