Awful new CEO - IT Hikma Employee Review

The newest CEO has completely demotivated ALL US teams with his inflexible attendance policy, going so far as to have high level office based employees chastised for being TWO minutes short of his mandatory core hours onsite policy. I have never in my over 30 years climbing the corporate ladder and reaching a senior level position seen such nonsense. Riad does not allow management to assess their teams output, rather he is more focused on the time reports. It has become nearly impossible to replace employees that have already left due to the strict new attendance policy because Hikma is no longer a competitive option for work-life balance!
