      West-Ward Pharmaceutical provides flexible work hours, great health care, great coworkers, good benefits. They do treat their employees well.

      With any generic pharmaceutical company there are tight timelines, long days occasionally to meet deadlines.

      I cannot think of even one pro to working at Hikma.

      Cons

      Hikma is run by Jordanians who instill FEAR into their employees. They only want people whom they can control. Keep your mouth shut if you have any concerns or be prepared to be retaliated against i.e. "retaliation" in the guise of "restructuring."
