      It may be a good place to work when the opportunity is given. The company is growing around the world. A cafeteria is available.

      Bad salaries and too many working hours. Employees are like machines not person. Lack of promotions and equality between same tasks.

      I cannot think of even one pro to working at Hikma.

      Cons

      Hikma is run by Jordanians who instill FEAR into their employees. They only want people whom they can control. Keep your mouth shut if you have any concerns or be prepared to be retaliated against i.e. "retaliation" in the guise of "restructuring."
