      Pros

      Clean, Safe, the company pretends (in most situations) to be concerned with your well-being. relatively stable, growing even.

      Cons

      I'm not interested in speaking ill of this company. no company is perfect. Hikma is no exception. You could do worse. Especially if you aren't near the top of the food chain here.

      I cannot think of even one pro to working at Hikma.

      Cons

      Hikma is run by Jordanians who instill FEAR into their employees. They only want people whom they can control. Keep your mouth shut if you have any concerns or be prepared to be retaliated against i.e. "retaliation" in the guise of "restructuring."
