The opportunities should be better than what they are.
Cons
Weak client service. They want to compete for larger accounts than what they are equipped for and capable of servicing. Clients were frequently complaining about how poor the day-to-day service was. The attitudes of the service team are also poor. Clients would complain about the poor service and attitude of the CSR staff. There is also a lot of "say one thing - do another" from management. Honesty is in short supply there. Their word would not be relied upon. Very unprofessional.
