They promise great bonuses when you sign up but when it comes down to it, you will never meet the metrics or they find reasons to reduce the promises dramatically. They low ball everything and are very much overly contract heavy. They like contractors since they can pay them much less. Also plan for little to no family time because its mandatory to work 50 hours a week which is INCLUDED in you salary quote. The pay is so low its really hard to make ends meet.
