You don't get compensated for the hours of work that is brought home, management is one-sided no matter how much work you do for the company and for your co workers its not noticed unless your someone's favorite , I went to.work done my job and more but because I'm not wingman hanging from managements pockets so lots of my work went unnoticed or someone else got the credit for my work.
