Empty Promises - Plant Operator Hilcorp Energy Employee Review

Took a very substantial loss in pay (30%) when our company was bought out by Hilcorp. They sound like an Amway meeting when you interview with them. Lots of empty promises of bonuses. Haven't seen any of the big bonuses they promised that they said would make up for my wage cut. They operate as cheaply as possible, not willing to spend any money. They are like used car salesmen, telling you what you want to hear to get you to sign.
