Stability, Compensation for Certifications earned as long as they have obvious direct benefit to company, informal work environment, variety of types of construction experiences, great for someone starting out

Cons

Cheap on compensation hourly or salary, requires employee outlay for certifications, then repays after they pass, no paying for 1st time upfront, scheduling is erratic, with one person covering 4-6 jobs/day while other cover 1-2 jobs on same day
