I have also been impressed by the company's commitment to continuous improvement. Leadership is actively implementing changes and streamlining processes to create a more efficient experience for onsite teams. These improvements not only increase productivity but also allow team members to focus more on serving residents and less on administrative hurdles. Overall, it is exciting to be part of a company that values its employees, embraces innovation, and is committed to making meaningful improvements across the organization.
