Pros
I was happy working here for almost a decade and felt acknowledged and respected for the most part.
Cons
In 2010, management was great, welcoming, respectful, helpful, and a breathe of fresh air. They genuinely cared and wanted you to succeed. By 2020, that was all out the window. The new management, that came with the pandemic, could care less. They made work an anxious environment. No one really knew how to lead or wanted to. I used to love working there but loathed it by the time I parted ways in 2022.
