Pros

All equipment needed for your work-at-home setup is provided by the company. Endless opportunities for overtime if desired. Rewards program has really great options to choose from.

Cons

System issues was a huge problem. Oftentimes, I would get booted from the system in the middle of a call and although I still had the guest on the line, I would have to have them hang up and call back due to an inability to transfer calls when booted by the system.
