      Pros

      Great PTO and paid maternity leave which is not common in most employers. Opportunities to transfer and grow within Hilton.

      Cons

      The managers at this location, were managers not leaders. They did not set clear expectation early on and didn’t assist in leading their team to success. Work Life balance was poor.

      Pros

      I work at Ballpark Hilton in St. Louis, MO temporarily during the Summer. The employees are great and fun. I meet fun guests.

      Cons

      As a career, hourly pay would be too low.
