      95% of company corparate are whites no room for other ethnicities. Too much secrecy upper management keep the rest in the limbo Lost of discrimination

      Pros

      I work at Ballpark Hilton in St. Louis, MO temporarily during the Summer. The employees are great and fun. I meet fun guests.

      Cons

      As a career, hourly pay would be too low.
