Pros

Great Company Culture Benefits/Paid Time Off and Sick Emergency Time Perks of reduced room rates at Hilton Locations The Option to Build Your Schedule

Cons

The pay is not in line with what a Customer Service rep should be making which is why I left the company for one that does pay what a rep should be earning. Building Your Schedule is a disaster. System freezes up, you will miss out on the hours you want. Work Life Balance is not flexible due to the issues with Building Your Schedule. Systems experience way too many outages leaving a negative experience for your customer you are on the line with and you can't help them because of that.

Pros

I work at Ballpark Hilton in St. Louis, MO temporarily during the Summer. The employees are great and fun. I meet fun guests.

Cons

As a career, hourly pay would be too low.
