      Great people, work/life culture and corporate environment. They recently improved the benefits/vacation policy.

      Cons

      Lack of upward mobility in some departments. Salary is not always comparable to industry standards.

      Pros

      I work at Ballpark Hilton in St. Louis, MO temporarily during the Summer. The employees are great and fun. I meet fun guests.

      Cons

      As a career, hourly pay would be too low.
