      Competitive pay and opportunities for bonuses/recognition. Managers are treated very well.

      Cons

      Work atmosphere dependent upon individual managers/directors that you immediately report to. Other colleagues with other higher reports told me they did not have as great of an experience.

      Pros

      I work at Ballpark Hilton in St. Louis, MO temporarily during the Summer. The employees are great and fun. I meet fun guests.

      Cons

      As a career, hourly pay would be too low.
