      Relaxed work environment and friendly culture

      Cons

      Quick to hire and fire. Another corporate reorganization happens every two years. Dysfunctional management top to bottom. Way too lean on maintaining the current environment while rushing new projects too fast. Outsourced the existing talent pool and replaced with MBA types.

      Pros

      I work at Ballpark Hilton in St. Louis, MO temporarily during the Summer. The employees are great and fun. I meet fun guests.

      Cons

      As a career, hourly pay would be too low.
