Pros

Reporting, tools, marketing. Resources that help you do the job. Autonomy in most positions but left to learn on your own (pro & con).

Cons

Absence of Senior Management and leadership. Unfairness in work place, with inconsistent policies and shortcuts. Credit was wrongfully awarded in a corporate/boss mentality of reflecting responsibility - toxic work environment. They sell advancement in company however it is hard to come by unless the right people move on. Prefer to view employees as factors of productivity rather than investing in good people. Salary and bonus structure de-incentivizing - based on gates above 100% but 120% means the same as 101%. High turnover due to low salary and budget restraints. Work life balance is difficult to maintain - always need to be available.

Pros

I work at Ballpark Hilton in St. Louis, MO temporarily during the Summer. The employees are great and fun. I meet fun guests.

Cons

As a career, hourly pay would be too low.
