Pros
Everyone feels like family. The management team does its best to fit everybody's schedules and keep them happy. There is a lot of constructive criticism so one is able to grow and become a better employee.
Cons
Very low chance for growth within company, at least this location. There are departments that treat other departments like they dont exist. As a front desk team member get ready to have the sales department walk all over you and make messes for you to clean up.
