Cluster- Good stepping stone but not an ideal workplace - GCE Sales Executive Hilton Employee Review

The environment is toxic. No windows basement office with suffocated smell trapped. Desks are not cleaned with dusted equipment. Same for new starters. Management never listen to your feedback. Overload you with low pay. Most of them know nothing about IT which makes things so inefficient. They don’t allow you to transfer to the other property since they want to trap the experienced people to accommodate the high turnover rate. Don’t join the cluster! It is toxic!
