Generally quite heirarchical, can get quite toxic with inefficient team structure loaded with team leads and managers for small teams of ca.10 people. Although the organisation claims to offer flexible work environment, sadly in reality it is the opposite. Even general work rules keep changing according to one's relationship with managers. Freedom to perform task is absence with each team lead forcibly trying to micromanage tasks. Lack of professionalism. Low compensation with limite career growth options.
