-Great training program; teaches you everything you need to know about revenue management -great people and great culture -all my managers have been very supportive and helpful -hotel benefits are very nice -decent career advancement opportunities
Cons
-pay is low -the amount of work is rather high especially considering the amount you get paid -the work is monotonous -portfolio is a bit luck based
