The hotel is owned and managed by Valor Hospitality which is by far the worst management I have ever worked for. Their treatment of staff and their managers is shocking. Modern day slavery comes to mind. Especially people in senior management treats managers and staff like they are nothing. Everyone is overworked and under appreciated in this place. Extremely high on staff turnover and I am not surprised at all, the staff treatment is shocking, they still treat staff like it's 1960-70's. This was a Hilton managed hotel and I have only heard positive things regarding that but since Valor took over it only went downhill. Would not recommend one bit to work there.
