      Pros

      Getting to meet lots of new people. Your co-workers are generally really great people as well. The training HGI provides is definitely good (but not great), for the job.

      Cons

      It really depends on your ownership group. My hotel went through 2 ownership groups in 3 years. One was good, the other was below average. It just really all depends.

      Outdated equipment Outdated pay Somehow still think $15/hr is good pay for cooks Severe staffing issues Low employee morale Toxic trigger happy management Cliquey employees
