Job reveiw - Banquet Server Hilton Garden Inn Employee Review

Training is basically self training they throw you out on the floor if you have experience or not. Disorganized and they expect a lot from you in so little time. Pay is ok but it easy to get burned out. They show favoritism. If everyone is doing there job it's great but it's mostly you to be the only one working while others are watching tv and talking. Can be frustrating when you working hard and did all the setting up and someone else get recognition for your hard work.
