Pros

Reputable company, gained a lot of experience with Class A commercial and industrial properties. Learned how to manage tenants and different ownership groups

Cons

Our market was not given the same resources as other areas in the company to thrive. Internal management issues and no accountability. Increases in pay or title were a struggle to get approved through all channels

Pros

Premium properties and typically well-maintained assets that are easy to take pride in. Solid baseline corporate benefits, 401(k) matching, and higher than average compensation.

Cons

Culture relies entirely on your direct manager: If you get a weak or insecure Property Manager your day-to-day experience will be nightmarish regardless of corporate promises. Retaliatory atmosphere: Raising legitimate ethical concerns or operational issues can quickly result in micromanagement, petty paper-trailing, and weaponized PIPs rather than constructive fixes. HR and Regional Blindspots: Regional leadership and HR appear detached from property-level dynamics. They rely heavily on curated metrics and negligible site presence, leaving toxic local managers unchecked until entire teams quit or file formal complaints. Low morale among maintenance and office staff: Frontline workers who keep the property running are frequently under-supported and subjected to poor leadership practices.
