Great place to work - Finance Manager Hiram Walker Employee Review

New York and US leadership! Lots of strategic talk and meetings but nothing tangible ever comes to life. They just love to hear themselves talk and like to think they are the most important people on earth. They fail to execute on anything they strategize on. Making them overly paid talkers. All this while the lower paid and undervalued Hiram Walker staff work their butts off, project manage and execute everything that comes their way, while completing a ton of day to day. Left because it was overwhelming and no sign of relief.
