I don't think there was anything enjoyable about being at this organization.

I would not recommend anyone I know to work here. Most of the reviews of HireQuest on Glassdoor are inflated by the temp hires that the company employs, which do not reflect the roles at the corporate office. Do not work here. No room to improve or learn within the role. All IT support for this role is for the company's proprietary application, so there are very few opportunities to learn skills that would be applicable in other future IT positions. Other employees on the IT were poorly compensated. Benefits were substandard. There is a discrepancy and clear favoritism between employees. Some are permitted to work remotely, while others are expected to be in the office 100%. The IT department structure is very flat when you look at the org chart with each employee reporting directly to the CIO. However, the teams operate differently in practice.
