      Pros

      Good Benefit. Not strict like other Japanese travel agency.

      Cons

      All senior management positions are occupied Japanese people from Japan HQ. For them "overtime work is proof of royalty". If you are NOT a Japanese, you shouldn't work this company.

      Pros

      They have good benefit even part time job.Flexible work shift. If company performance is doing good, we will get bonus.

      Cons

      We have to solve a lots of customers issue, problem. Very early morning shift. They have big Event sometimes, We have to work all day (Depends on department)
