Cons
I have a long list but will try to put some here. - Back to Office: They don't have any proper reason for it but just to become like other companies they want us to come to the office without any proper execution plan in mid-session of school. Although the client's complete team is bigger than us working remotely. They laughed when I shared with them) - No proper policy where employees get benefits. When it comes to company benefits they will show you policy. - No increment not even 1% (from last 4 years) - No proper communication - Worst Hr communication, At the end of any meeting they will end with "will put this to a higher person" and after that, they become a ghost for you after some days new meeting a new person will join then explain again but still the final answer is same "will put this to a higher person" - Exit interviews and feedback forms are just a formality they don't want to do anything that will cost them a single penny
