Exit Process is a Nightmare: Even after 45+ days of my last working day, I have not received my experience or relieving letters. Multiple follow-ups have been ignored. HR, managers, and other departments stop responding once you resign. Zero Post-Exit Support: There is no help during background verification after exit, and you're treated like an outsider the moment you put down your papers. Biased Appraisals: Hikes are not based on merit or performance, but on whom the management personally favors. If you don't participate in non-project activities, you won't get a hike, even if your project work is excellent. Focus is Misplaced: Management is more interested in non-project activities than the actual client work. If you perform well on the project, it often goes unnoticed, but any mistake is quickly escalated. Toxic Targeting Culture: Once they target an employee, they won't stop until the person leaves. There's a serious lack of psychological safety. Unhealthy Team Structure: Projects often rely heavily on one senior employee, while others are freshers with little accountability. You are expected to handle everything, and if you can't, you’re blamed or sidelined. No Real Connections: The environment is such that it's hard to make a single genuine connection. The work culture feels isolating. Manager Apathy After Resignation: Even your own manager may stop responding after you resign, showing a complete lack of basic courtesy.
