Pros
Coworkers and mid-management were good. Strong engineering group.
Cons
Director and Exec level have poor grounding in actual PM. Poor plant support. Bias toward Japanese OEMs. All drawings must go through Japan for final release and it WILL hurt your timing (especially on US OEMs).
