Pros
Ok benefit, depending on your manager/ supervisor, easy to take off and flexible in working hours.
Cons
People play politics, unfair promotion for favorites, disrespectful actions by Japanese management ( yelling at people in front of the whole office etc). American management and Japanese management did not have same goal and vision.
