Salaries for engineering is NOT COMPETITIVE! If your looking for a basic paycheck=OK If you want a career= LOOK ELSEWHERE! Promotion from within the department does not exist. High turnover rate. Internal communication within the department poor. Individual negative accountability excessive. Individual achievements go unrecognized while managers and directors get fat.
