Recent reorganization/ restructure of organization as well as direction makes difficult for employees to understand where the company is going. Lack of communication down to the lower level managers and day to day individual contributors of how we are going to get to the 2030 plan goals lead to many employees not understanding where the company is going and why. Organization structure is so complex its hard to turn a ship around.
