Workwise, good company. Needs improvement though, in terms of project management and tools/ technology being used. But, the company does have a bright future ahead.
Cons
HR and Immigration departments need a lot of improvement. No process followed. No employee engagement, very less interaction. Very slow response time and mediocre performance in resolving any employee issues.
