(Hopefully you also shared your viewpoint in our annual Hitachi Insights Survey which recently took place.) Transformation is difficult work and it can disrupt some key communication and organizational structures. But our transformation is also creating new opportunities throughout the company as we invest in growth areas like IoT, Cloud, software, services, flash and analytics. In the past year alone, we’ve brought on board almost 1300 new employees, and still have nearly 300 additional openings to fill.
