Pros

The people! I get to work with great people everyday. We also have a good overall company culture that allows for a work hard, play hard mentality. The overall benefits are good as well. There has been a tremendous amount of growth over the past few years which is exciting.

Cons

With all the growth comes changes. We have had a lot of system and internal process change at once. And much like anywhere else I imagine we are being asked to produce more with less.

Pros

Decent pay, average benefits, some autonomy to get things done

Cons

The entire leadership group that I was hired under was gone within 18 months and replaced but far worse examples. Micro-managing and then threatening corrective action plans as a means to force out those who they didn't like or earned too much. From a technology perspective, the storage products are average and inline with competition, but with far fewer reps in the field and no real marketing or inside sales to speak of, Hitachi Vantara is largely irrelevant in the Storage industry now.
