Pros
The people on the ground are great. They are currently jumping ship as quickly as possible as the aimless, inept, and dishonest leadership from the top through office leadership continues to spin this company further into a death spiral.
Cons
The company is systematically destroying the business. They really couldn't do a better job of it if they tried. They have either removed or prodded to leave through poor decision making the upper middle management that had the relationships to sell work. They have hired and promoted top level management starting with the CEO who do not understand the consulting business. Even as they recently had layoffs of billable employees, they keep hiring and promoting high level non-billable management layers creating more overhead with less billable resources to spread the cost across. I see no path forward for this company and question if it will last the next two years.
