Pros
• A great place to work if you are later in your career. It is possible the average age is 50+ • Great work/life balance. The craziness goes in waves and is manageable. • There is a true sense of transformation at the company and it is exciting to see the baby steps. • The new office is a game changer.
Cons
• The backend digital tools are horrible and archaic. If you want to be a digital company, you need to speed up the 30+ year old system. • Outsourcing more to India and other countries for internal process has significantly sacrificed quality. Everything I’ve received from HR or expenses is WRONG. Always! • The company has scheduled major company-wide events over Jewish holidays for the last 3 years that I’m aware. Passover, Rosh Hashanah and NEXT 2019 is over Yom Kippur. I don’t think they are outwardly anti-semitic, I just think the company is incredibly inconsiderate and the events team is behind the times and last minute so the only times that are open for these big events are holidays that no other company would be so rude to schedule over.
