People - the coworkers that I have engaged with over the past years were fantastic. Formed some really great relationships.
Cons
Blind Leading the Blind - Leadership and company direction are completely rudderless. From the Japan Board to all the Executive leadership - none of them have a realistic view of how dire straits the company is. Their executive leadership is a revolving door with no consistency. Highly Political - The changing leadership landscape has created political power plays all throughout the organization. The poor leadership is just doubling down and hiring their friends at this point. Lack of Diversity - The company is lacking viewpoints from various backgrounds both professionally and culturally. Top heavy - too many VP's and not enough people willing to roll up their sleeves and actually do the work. Disconnected - Org Silos all throughout the company. They literally can't get out of their own way to accomplish some of the most basic blocking and tackling.
