Pros
Good benefits and a good amount of holiday/PTO days.
Cons
No direction. After 2 weeks you’re expected to sell and know everything and develop your own territory plan. You have to go in the office more than they tell you. No raises/bonuses (company wide). Very little training and nothing role specific. One manager favors men and make comments at the women. All of the good & original sellers have quit because of lack of support. Lots of threats of firing with no action plan on how to help us succeed and increase our sales.
