Pros
Great people - full of young and talented people who are passionate about customers and making people's lives better. Fantastic social scene.
Cons
The management block innovation. The companies focus is on spreadsheets, numbers and share price. No focus what so ever on customers. Hive create product's and try to sell them to customers instead of actually creating product's customers want. Even the management don't agree with the products but everyone is scared of the MD. This is a great place to work if you want to develop rubbish product's that customers don't really use. No career opportunities, not that i would encourage anyone to progress within this company.
