Bad hierarchy - Market Manager Hive Employee Review

Hive is a company on the verge of failure. The panic as it spirals into bankruptcy have caused people to turn on each other. I've never worked at a company where the hierarchy between levels has been so evident. The people lower down the chain get absolutely no say over strategy, the CEO has to sign off every single small decision made, despite the fact she has no view over data, performance, test results or technological performance. Would not recommend this company!
