You get flexible hours, so there’s some consistency. You do get a holiday bonus, but it’s also taxed.
Cons
They will have you doing anything and everything, but a consistent workload. You have to keep track of so many things, so many rules that it can be taxing. Management can see you opportunistically, so just be courteous and leave when you have to.
