Hobby Lobby is a beautiful store. It is clean and good people work there.
Cons
I have been in retail for 25 years. I am a Co-Manager and work very hard. I don't mind the work but really wish I was paid adequately for my time. I work an average of 53 hours per week. The average annual salary for Co-Managers is $48,000 per year. Not really worth my hard work, experience and dedication. Plus you only get one week of vacation. I am currently looking for a new job that will provide an adequate compensation package.
